Standard Specification

  • Internal fitting of customer cables (first fix only)​

  • Cladding - Redwood Thermowood T&G 19mm x 125mm (16mm finish).

  • Solvent based treatment to cladding, roof and floors with moisture resistant membrane.

  • Floor - 18mm moisture resistant chipboard sheets and 3" x 2" pressure treated redwood floor joists.

  • Roof - 18mm Exterior grade OSB boards, 3" x 2" redwood framework and 38kg polyester based mineral flat.

  • Roof overhang - Standard Apex - 2" all round. Reverse Apex - 12" to front and 2" to side and back.

  • Doors & Windows - UPVC double glazed units

  • Door & Window style - Plain glazing - Up to and including 10' x 6' - single door with 2 small windows. Over 10' x 6' - single door and 3 small windows. Glass to ground glazing - Double doors, 2 fixed windows to the front and 1 top vented windows each side.
