Ex‑Display Models – Important Information

Below you’ll find our current ex‑display models available for sale.

Ex‑display buildings aren’t always our lowest‑priced options, as many include a range of optional upgrades and extras added specifically for display purposes. These enhancements often represent excellent value compared to ordering the same specification new.

All ex‑display models are sold as seen, and will continue to be used for display until the date of dismantling and delivery. The heavily discounted price reflects this ongoing use, as well as any minor signs of weathering or showroom wear. For this reason, we strongly recommend visiting our display site to view any ex‑display building in person before purchasing.

Ex‑display buildings are available for local delivery only, within approximately 40 miles of our Farnham (GU9) display site. If you are slightly further afield, please contact us first so we can confirm whether delivery and installation are possible.

All prices include VAT, dismantling from our display site, local delivery and installation (unless stated otherwise). Please note: no further discounts apply, and deposits for ex‑display buildings are non‑refundable.

Ex‑display models follow the same lead times as new buildings, or sometimes longer during busy times of the year.
