Standard Specification

  • uPVC Glass to Ground windows and single sliding door (sliding to the left as standard)

  • One 770mm side window in each side with top opening vent

  • Double glazed windows with toughened glass, planitherm coating and argon filled

  • EPDM rubber roof with uPVC fascias on a flat roof construction

  • A choice of external timber claddings

  • Metal rear external wall for added strength and longevity finished with polyester coated finish

  • Painted patterned / plain MDF lining with 50mm solid board cavity insulation

  • 19mm Heavy duty Redwood floor with 25mm solid board cavity insulation and pressure treated floor joists

  • 0.35m roof overhang

  • High quality timber treatment applied prior to delivery (excluding composite cladding)

  • Guttering to the rear as standard
