THE HANLEY

​Specification:

  • Available in apex, hipped or flat style roof

  • UPVC DOORS AND WINDOWS Available in black, white, anthracite grey, cream, agate grey, light grey and golden oak.

  • GLASS TO GROUND GLAZING All double glazed units using 4mm toughened safety glass. Glazing to front and one fixed window to each side.

  • PRIVACY STYLE VENTS Two top opening vent casement privacy windows with multi point locking.

  • BITUMEN FELT TILES (APEX OR HIPPED ONLY) Heavy duty felt tiles in a choice of three colours (green, black or red).

  • EPDM RUBBER ROOF (FLAT ROOF ONLY)

  • GUTTERING TO REAR (FLAT ROOF ONLY) Available in a choice of three colours. Black, brown or white.

  • PAINTED PATTERNED MDF INTERNAL LINING 9mm pre-painted MDF with a grooved pattern.

  • FULLY INSULATED 50mm foil facing PIR (polyisocyanurate) insulation.
