Internal fitting of customer cables (first fix only)
Cladding - Redwood Thermowood T&G 19mm x 125mm (16mm finish).
Solvent based treatment to cladding, roof and floors with moisture resistant membrane.
Floor - 18mm moisture resistant chipboard sheets and 3" x 2" pressure treated redwood floor joists.
Roof - 18mm Exterior grade OSB boards, 3" x 2" redwood framework and 38kg polyester based mineral flat.
Roof overhang - Front overhang 12" and 4" to sides
Doors & Windows - UPVC double glazed units
Door & Window style - Plain glazing - Up to and including 10' x 6' - single door with 2 small windows. Over 10' x 6' - single door and 3 small windows. Glass to ground glazing - Double doors, 2 fixed windows to the front and 1 top vented windows each side.
