Whether you are looking for a building with a full verandah,
half porch, corner door with canopy of perhaps you need to
maximise your internal space, our Garden Studios fit the bill.
Full verandah - is fitted as standard to the front
elevation of The Warwick. The verandah is 4' deep and runs
the full width of the building. In addition to providing protection
from the elements in the winter, the verandah offers welcome
shade in the summer. The verandah may also be fitted to the
end or apex of the Warwick to allow additional flexibility
of design.
Corner Porch - The Henly has been designed for use
when a full verandah is unnecessary, but some entrance protection
is required. The corner porch is an attractive comprise between
the need for internal space, and protection from the elements.
Corner door with canopy - There are many settings where
the most obvious place to locate your Garden Studio is in
the corner of the garden. The Haddon has therefore been designed
with a corner door to allow your building to fit discreetly
into its new location. The corner door may be fitted to any
corner.

The Oakham was
our original design for a Garden Studio. The layout maximises
internal space, whilst the ability to move doors and windows allows
the design to slot into any location. The standard design of The
Oakham, means that extra space and a comfortable working environment
are within the reach of most budgets.
The 14' x 10' Oakham shown opposite is fitted with double doors,
decorative roof pack, cedar shingles and is finished in Sage. |

The Haddon
has been designed to suit corner locations. The angled
door softens the impact of the Haddon on its surroundings by giving
the design a more rounded feel. The corner door also lends itself
to landscaping projects with the Haddon as an attractive centrepiece.
The 14' x 10' Haddon shown above is finished in Olive. In addition
to a cedar shingle roof and decorative facia, it has been fitted
with a Velux roof window. |

The half porch on The Henly
has proved to be the perfect solution for locations where the
requirement for protection from the elements must be matched with
a demand for internal space. The porch is 6' long, 4' deep and
incorporates pressure treated decking boards and a 4' x 4' corner
post.
The Henly shown opposite is 16' x 14' with cottage style windows,
a cedar shingle roof and is finished in a dual colour with the
walls in Peppermint and the door and windows in Hemlock. |

The Cotton has been designed
to bring a refreshingly contemporary style to any setting. With
the patio windows fitted along the full length of the building.
The 24' x 16' Cotton shown opposite has been finished in Atlantic
Blue and is fitted with a cedar shingle roof and standard facia

The Warwick
with its pavilion style is the ideal choice for those who have
a dual purpose design in mind and provides the ideal setting for
family activities. To take full advantage of the garden when your
working, the double doors can be left wide open. The 4' verandah
is supplied with pressure treated decking and the entrance may
be located wherever required.
Finished in Sage, the 16' x 14' Warwick shown opposite has been
fitted with a cedar shingle roof and decorative roof pack. The
internal dimensions of the unit are approx. 16' x 10'. |

Finishing Touches....
Roof Finish - Our standard building incorporates an attractive
ashphalt tiled finish which is available in a choice of colours
to match the surroundings.
Cedar Shingle Roof - As an optional extra you can chose
our cedar shingled roof. Western red cedar shingles are maintenance-free
and have traditionally been used as a roofing material because
of a natural durability which gives them a 25 year life expectancy.
Roof Packs - Our decorative roof pack includes the detailed
facia. Guttering packs provide a fitted gutter and downpipe.
Velux Roof Window - To add natural light and ventilation.
Patio Windows - Fitted as standard to The Cotton but
an optional extra on the rest of the range.
Windows and Doors - Additional windows and doors are
available at extra cost.
Coloured Finishes - There are four translucent stains
available - Hemlock, Redwood, Medium Oak and Walnut.
Twelve opaque colours Fjorde Blue, Blue Danube, Peppermint,
Atlantic Blue, Sage, Meadow Grass, Moss Green, Olive, Ironstone,
Greystone, Iceberg and Clotted Cream. By special arrangement
we can also colour match to almost any required colour.
Dual Coloured Finish - A two colour option is also available.
Thermocladding - Machined to the same weather -proof
pattern as our standard cladding. Thermoclad boards receive
an additional treatment during the kiln drying process, which
increases the boards insulating properties and improved resistance
to attack by pests.
End Verandah - The verandah on The Warwick may be located
on the end of the building.
Internal Partitions - Are an additional extra which may
also be fitted with or without internal doors
