Full Service - Their one-stop
service provides everything you need, with a single point of contact
during your project. They clear the site of vegetation, undertake
basework, supply, fit and connect the electrics (They include
connection to your house using up to 5m of armoured cable. Additional
cable and any additional work which is required to the electricity
supply, will be chargeable), supply and fit any internal plumbing.
Making them responsible for your project avoids the need to find,
manage and co-ordinate different contractors, it gives you the
peace of mind to get on with your life while they get on with
your project!
Wall Construction - Panel construction consists of 14 x
120mm preservative stained Scandinavian Redwood boards machined
to a weatherproof tongue and groove pattern - breather membrane
- 38 x 70mm studs - vapour check - 10 x 95mm tongue and groove
matched boards - 50mm of insulation fitted into cavity - stained
softwood casement windows fitted with lockable fasteners - double
glazed with 4mm toughened glass and a 14mm air gap - all door
glazing is toughened glass.
Floor Construction - A rigid construction consisting of
18mm moisture resistant tongue and groove flooring - 38 x 70mm
pressure treated joists - 50mm insulation. Porches and verandahs
are fitted with 18mm pressure treated slats to the walkway.
Roof Construction - Panel construction consists of asphalt
roof shingles - 12mm exterior plywood - breather membrane - 38
x 70mm rafters - vapour check - 50mm insulation fitted into cavity
- 10 x 95mm tongue and groove ceiling boards.
General Items - External doors are fitted with a 5 lever
mortice lock - removable conduits are fitted into the walls, skirting
and roof to accommodate wiring and telecoms.
Finishes - Buildings are air-sprayed with three coats of
a comprehensive paint system to give a durable and attractive
finish. External boards are pre-sprayed prior to manufacture and
receive two further coats of your chosen stain or microporous
paint once the panels have been constructed. All buildings are
supplied in a medium oak stain as standard.
Colours - Greystone, Fjorde, Sage, Moss Green, Olive, Greengage,
Spruce, Meadow Grass, Clotted Cream, Iceberg, Blue Danube, Atlantic
Blue, Redwood, Medium Oak Linen, Thyme, Spruce, Stone, Mocha and

HENLY |

The Henly may be fitted with a range of different
styles of porch. The square porch provides the maximum protection
from the elements whilst the offset porch saves internal space
whilst preserving some of the protection offered by its alternative.
Where one of their enclosed porches is unsuitable the open porch
or canopy gives some limited protection whilst allowing double
doors to be fitted to the building. The open porch gives a five
sided design to the building which lends itself to a corner setting.

with traditional looks, the Warwick is the ideal choice. The
Warwick may be fitted with a side or end verandah which is available
in 600mm, 1200mm or 1800mm depths. If you want the protection
afforded by a verandah but need to maximise your internal space,
you may wish to fit one of the corner porches or canopies. Of
course all of our standard options are also available to truly
personalise your building.
